This Privacy Policy describes how FGMNT ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the FGMNT platform and website. 1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide and data from your use of our Services:

  • Account information: name, email, and other details you provide when signing up or updating your profile.
  • Payment information: payment processing is handled by our provider (CardPointe). We do not store full card numbers; we may store billing address and transaction identifiers.
  • Usage and content: content you create (posts, feeds, audience data), how you use the platform, and technical data (e.g., IP address, device type) for operation and security.

2. How We Use Information

We use this information to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Services
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions

You may access or update your account information in the platform. You may request deletion of your data or a copy of your data by contacting us. Applicable law may provide additional rights (e.g., in California or the EU if applicable).

7. Messaging / SMS

8. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. The effective date will be revised when we do. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance.
